Dining well in a beautiful setting on Lake Champlain has always been a Basin Harbor tradition. Named for Ardelia Beach, the founder of Basin Harbor, Ardelia’s is our signature fine dining experience—where timeless hospitality, thoughtful cuisine, and lakeside elegance come together.

Open daily for breakfast and for dinner on select summer and fall evenings beginning in mid-June, Ardelia’s invites guests to slow down, dress up, and savor a memorable meal with family and friends.

This season, dinner at Ardelia’s will feature a thoughtfully curated five-day rotating prix fixe menu, inspired by the freshest seasonal ingredients available. Menus are designed to reflect both creativity and simplicity, highlighting the very best of the season. Each evening will include a fresh catch or seafood offering, a beef selection, a vegetarian or vegan entrée, and an additional featured protein.

To ensure the best possible dining experience, we kindly ask guests to share any dietary restrictions or food allergies in advance so our culinary team can thoughtfully prepare.

In keeping with tradition, Ardelia’s maintains a dinner dress code. Collared shirts are appropriate for gentlemen, with seasonal sport coats or blazers encouraged. Athletic wear and swim attire are not permitted for dinner service.

Please note that Ardelia’s may be unavailable on select dates due to private weddings or special events. Reservations are strongly recommended to confirm availability. Ardelia’s is also available for private celebrations, weddings, and special occasions overlooking Lake Champlain.
